Discover, embrace, and step into your true potential.
What’s it like to work with me?
I have heard skepticism about whether or not counseling can be effective.
I will NOT just listen to you. While empathic and active listening are critical parts of the process, counseling should push you to improve and change. People come to counseling to better their lives and heal, which requires changing mindsets, habits, and choices.
I will work to build rapport and earn your trust as we get to know your past, present, and what you want your future to look like. Then, it is time to roll up our sleeves and get to work. While it may seem uncomfortable, this is where the magic happens. As old habits, thoughts, and feelings are challenged, growth occurs, leaving behind the past and enabling you to live an enriching and fulfilling life.
Climbing toward peace!
Why just survive when I can teach you how to thrive?
